Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we’ll send you an email to confirm. Take a quick peek to ensure everything’s just how you like it!

Shipping: We’ll start processing your order within 3-5 business days (not including pre-order). Once it’s shipped, keep an eye on your inbox for tracking updates!

Product Availability: While we do our best to keep everything in stock, sometimes our bikinis sell out. If something’s out of stock, we’ll let you know ASAP.

Return + Refund Policy

At Maisie Swim, your happiness means the world to us! Here’s the scoop on our refund and return policy:

Faulty Products: If you receive a bikini that’s not quite right (think faulty or damaged), we’ve got your back! Reach out to us over instagram or email swimmaisie@gmail.com within 10 days of arrival, and we’ll help you sort it out. Refunds will hit your account ASAP after approval—easy peasy!

Exchanges: Want to swap your bikini for a different size or style? Totally cool! Just make sure:
• It’s returned in its original packaging, with all tags and the hygiene sticker still attached. We want it to look as fabulous as when it arrived!
• You let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the exchange process!

Return Shipping: You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs for exchanges, so we recommend a trackable shipping service—let’s make sure your bikini finds its way back safely!

Non-Refundable Items: Just a friendly reminder: items that don’t meet our return criteria (like missing tags or hygiene stickers) unfortunately can’t be exchanged. We know, it’s a bummer!
